Initiate Your Request
Visit our online Returns Portal and enter your order number and zip code to select the items you wish to send back.
Package Your Items
Place the original items with all tags attached into the reusable Flex® mailer or any secure shipping box.
Print and Attach Label
Download your prepaid shipping label from the portal, print it out, and securely affix it to the outside of your package.
Drop Off and Track
Leave your package at any authorized carrier location; you will receive a notification as soon as our warehouse processes your refund or exchange.
